Pro Racing-Drift Spec

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

 

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

There are 3 adjustment knobs in this unit. One is for rebound damping adjustment and the others are for compression settings.
The compression and rebound damping settings can be adjusted separately and above- mentioned adjustment knobs can be adjusted
    separately as well. Therefore, there’re 11664 different settings for inverted design and 9720 settings for non-inverted type.
Over 98% McPherson types is camber adjustable for both front and rear top mounts in order to increase its handling

Aluminum Top Mount (A6061)
Most of the suspension kits come with pillowball top mount for both front and rear to experience excellent handling ever. It cannot compare with rubber top mount. Over 98% car models with the pillowball top mounts in McPherson suspension can adjust the camber angles.
Mono And Inverted Tube Design
McPherson suspension is adopted with monotube inverted design. It keeps the damping stable in order to meet different road conditions. With shock body 55mm, it can bear the sideway aggressive strong movement.
Fully-adjustable Lower Mount
With movable design, both ride height and preload can be adjusted by adjusting the lower mount.
McPherson lower mount

The iron material (SPHC-C) increases the strengths. Avoid the unusual displacement caused by a span of driving after wheel alignment and improving the lower mount deformation resulted from turning pressure.

Wishbone lower mount

Because there is no turning pressure, aluminum material (A6061) is adopted for wishbone lower mount, having ability to reduce weight and dissipate heat effectively.
Damping Adjustable
Pro Racing – Drift Spec damper has 11664 different way of damping settings enable our products to bring the best performance for different road conditions. The shock uses needle valve to have linear damping adjustment at each level.
Anti-rust
All thread parts are coated with Fluorine to prevent corrosion or adherence. The lower mount is anodized. All metal parts are tested by salt spray test.
Coil Spring
Drift damper is equipped with the most perfect spring rates. In addition, the rear shock comes with helper spring on some certain applications.
Forged Iron Locking Ring
Made of iron (1008A) and then produced by high-pressure forging. It has excellent strength and can prevent McPherson lower mount loosening when turning. It is absolutely necessary in terms of for safety concerns.
Spring Washer
The piece put between the spring and the locking ring called Iron washer. It can eliminate unusual noises efficiency and allow a vehicle to move more smoothly when turning.
 

This suspension is especially designed for high-speed performance users. Most front and rear suspensions are equipped with pillowball upper mount, it can increase the stability of the car and experience excellent handling. Over 98% car models with the pillowball top mounts in McPherson suspension can be adjusted the camber angles. However, this suspension is for racing purpose so it might have a slight unusual noise. As a premise, all racing suspensions are designed to enhance the best result, so the product performance must be consumed and are not recommended for general road use.

The pillowball top mount is able to adjust camber degree and increase stability and handling of your vehicle by 10%. However, the pillowball might be prone to creating slight amount of noise over big bumps, and this does not cover any warranty.
