Gravel Rally
This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. In all racing events, road condition of Rally Cross is the most aggressive one. Hence, it means that the shock absorber is the most important utensil during the Rally gravel competition.
We develop inverted tube design to meet each different road condition as sandstone, snow or silt.
Long stroke and long spring which enable to absorb chassis vibration, aggressively attack from high speed bouncy road and bear extremely G-force when turning.
All spring rate setting are tested by Rally Racing team.

Coil SpringRally gravel dampers are equipped with the spring which have the most perfect spring rate with light material(SAE9254). These kinds of spring are longer and softer than general ones.
Strength StructurePiston rod: φ45mm; its treatment is made by electroplating with material (STKMI3C) to enhance hardness and abrasion.
Shock body: φ55mm; larger shock body; It's able to bear more lateral pressure.
Lower mount: φ63mm; It's able to bear any type of aggressive vibration.
Monotube Inverted DesignMcPherson type of suspension adopts inverted tube design. The feature is the strut cylinder is thicker than normal ones. Thus, it provides better stability and durability. It can meet any different road conditions as well as eliminate any extremely vibration.
Crash-proof StyrofoamIt uses PU material to produce. When damper meets aggressive attack, it can reduce heavily bounce and avoid uncomfortable feel when damper is bottoming out.
The hardened rubber upper mount is able to eliminate noise, to increases ride quality by 10%, and to extend the life of the top mount.
