Aluminum Top Mount (A6061)
Most of the coilovers come with Pillowball top mount in front and rear, allowing you to experience superb control which cannot be comparable to the rubber top mount. More than 98% of the Pillowball top mounts on the McPherson design coilovers are camber adjustable.
Mono-tube Design
The Mono-tube design of strut are oil and gas separated, in order to avoid coilovers oil deteriorate for longer life and keep it with stable damping.
Fully-adjustable Lower Mount
With movable design, both ride height and preload can be adjusted by adjusting the lower mount.
McPherson lower mount
The iron material (SPHC-C) increases the strengths. Avoid the unusual displacement caused by a span of driving after wheel alignment and improving the lower mount deformation resulted from turning pressure.。
Wishbone lower mount
Because there is no turning pressure, aluminum material (A6061) is adopted for wishbone lower mount, having ability to reduce weight and dissipate heat effectively.
Damping Adjustable
The 0~400 type has 30 level damping adjustment, which offers the best performance even under different road conditions. The strut uses needle valve to have linear damping adjustment at each level.
Anti-rust
All threaded parts are coated with Fluorine to prevent corrosion and adherence. Besides, lower mounts are anodized. All metal parts are tested by salt spray test.
Coil Spring
The 0~400 type damper is matched with prefect spring rate. We have different spring settings for FWD, RWD and 4WD models.
Forged Iron Locking Ring
Made of iron (1008A) and then produced by high-pressure forging. It has excellent strength and prevent McPherson lower mount loosening when turning. It is absolutely necessary for safety concerns.
Spring Washer
The piece put between the spring and the locking ring called Iron washer. It can eliminate unusual noises efficiency and allow a vehicle to move more smoothly when turning.
