Before purchasing our forged wheels, please review the information below:

1. We specialize in custom-made wheels. In addition to customizable offset (ET), width (J), and PCD, our key advantage is that we accept fully custom wheel designs and colors created by the customer. Single-piece orders are accepted.
2. After an order is placed, in addition to using stress analysis software to evaluate the wheel’s structural safety factor, we manufacture one additional wheel and purchase a brand-new tire specifically for testing purposes during production. These are used to conduct mechanical tests in compliance with VIA/JWL and TUV standards, including:
● Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test
● Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test
● Impact Test
3. Only after a wheel has fully passed both computer-based analysis and physical mechanical destructive testing, and has met all applicable safety standards, will it be delivered to the customer. This process requires manufacturing two additional wheels and purchasing an extra brand-new tire solely for testing purposes for each individual customer’s vehicle. As a result, each vehicle requires a total of six wheels to complete the full testing procedure. While this leads to higher production costs compared to many competitors, it reflects the level of quality and safety standards we insist on delivering. In addition, three official VIA/JWL safety test reports are included inside the product packaging.
4.
